     Form you  will  be directed to

     the Payment Page where  you  

     can pay for the test online.

    Or you can  pay the day of the test.

INFORMATION FOR

TEST DAY 

 1. Fill out testing form prior to

     test date. (on this page)

 2. Student arrive at Freeman's

     at 8:30 am.

 3. Bring your Permit.

 4. Pay $75.00 on line or you 

     can pay with cash the day

     of test.

 5. Parents will need to pick up

     students at Driving School

     at 12:00.

 6. If student passes driving

     test, a parent will need to 

     sign form(if under 18) or

​     have an affidavit before

     paper work can be

     released.

 7. You can go to the tag office

      and get your license. Cost

      $20.00 payed at Tag Office.

 8. If you schedule an exam

     and don't show or cancel on

     day of exam, there will be a

​     $50.00 reschedule fee.


      Note: This page is for students​

    that have attended 10 hours of 

    classroom instruction and have

   done at least two driving sessions

   and want to do their third drive 

   and driver's exam back to back

   on the same day.  If you schedule

   this combination 3rd drive-exam,

   make sure you schedule on line or

   call 405 799-2616 and schedule

   on the phone.  You are required

   to have your permit for 6 months

   (if under 18) or 30 days(if over 18)

   We can give a driving exam to

   anybody that has completed any

   driving school, including Public 

   School and parent taught.  Fill

   out the Drive Test Form and

   submit.  You will be taken

   to the  payment page.

        DRIVING   

     TEST FORM

​Students must meet the

following requirements


   1.  Must be 16 years of age or

        older.

   2.  Must have a valid Oklahoma

        Learner's Permit. Students under

        the age of 18 must have a Permit for

        6 months or until age of 18. Students

        over the age of 18 must have a

        permit for 30 days.

   3.  Must have a Certificate of Completion

        from a driver education course

        (Freeman's, other driving school,

        public school, or state certified     

​        online course).

   4.  If under 18 must be accompanied by

        a parent or legal guardian; otherwise,

        you must have a notarized affidavit

        signed by a parent or guardian if your

        parents are not with you

   5.  When scheduling a Road Exam,

        the student must know the learners

        permit number and issue date.


​    THE STATE ROAD EXAM CAN BE

    DONE EVEN IF  A PARENT, LEGAL

    GUARDIAN, OR NOTARIZED  

    AFFIDAVIT IS NOT PRESENT; 

    HOWEVER, PAPERWORK CANNOT

    BE ISSUED UNTIL A  PARENT,

    LEGAL GUARDIAN, OR NOTARIZED  

    AFFIDAVIT IS PRESENT​​.
